Before founding the company, the founders experienced firsthand the challenge of managing every aspect of a growing business alone. Administrative work piled up, customer messages went unanswered, and content and systems were always competing for attention. Like many entrepreneurs, they were doing the work of a full team without the support to sustain growth.
Recognizing the need for change, they chose to build support systems that allowed businesses to operate with clarity and confidence. What began as one-on-one virtual assistance quickly grew as more founders sought reliable, long-term support that felt human, structured, and dependable.
